Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions is seeking dedicated Home Carers to join our team, delivering in-home support across Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas.

We offer fully funded NVQ training, clear career pathways, competitive pay, and recognition schemes including monthly gift vouchers and referral bonuses. A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are required, along with an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Report changes in clients’ conditions promptly.
