Inna Care Ltd in Harrogate is seeking compassionate care assistants to support clients with daily personal care, mobility and wellbeing, including washing, dressing and grooming. You will assist with meals, medication support per care plans, provide companionship, monitor health, maintain records and report any concerns, while promoting independence and privacy.

You will work in clients' homes following safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures; training is provided to

Responsabilidades

• Assist with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Support with medication in accordance with care plans and training.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
• Promote clients’ independence, dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns or changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate daily care records and follow individual care plans.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures.
