Job summary

Tamfol is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Scotland. You will support clients with daily living tasks, follow care plans, and provide companionship to improve wellbeing. PVG check will be required for adults, and enhanced disclosure will be needed.

Strong English communication skills are essential to interact with clients and colleagues and to maintain accurate records of progress and changes in condition. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain client comfort.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues in English.
• Previous care experience preferred but not essential; training offered.
