The organisation’s services help people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of living independently in their homes and local communities.
Due to continued success the organisation is seeking to recruit a Home Care Assistant . The successful candidate will provide a personalised service to the service users who require extra care. As well as supporting service users where necessary, you will assist service users to maintain their confidence and self-esteem, whilst enabling people to maintain the maximum possible level of independence, choice and control. This is a great opportunity to give back to your local community.
The role is offered with guaranteed hours as well as flexible working the only expectation is that staff have some availability at weekends. No experience is necessary as full paid training will be given.
