Sterling Cross Ltd in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live as independently and safely as possible in their own homes and local communities.

We offer full or part‑time roles, shifts from 6am to 9pm, and company cars to travel between visits. Full training and induction are provided, with opportunities for both experienced carers and those new to care.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach.
• Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential; company cars available.
• Ability to support daily living tasks including personal care.
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work – no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to provide two references.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals live independently and safely in their own homes.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to needs, preferences and goals.
• Travel between visits; company cars available.
• Support with daily living tasks including personal care where required.
• Attend full training and induction.
