Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is hiring Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered care in patients' homes across England. The role includes 1:1 support, personal care, medication administration and specialized interventions as needed.

Shifts include 3 x days and 7 x 10 hour nights, with driving a requirement for day shifts. Compensation starts at £14.86–£17.10 per hour, depending on experience, including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based)
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
• Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in their own home
• Assist with moving and handling and support with clinical interventions
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community interactions and goal achievement
