Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to deliver high-quality in-home care across the Warminster area. You will travel to clients’ homes in Bath and surrounding areas to support independence and daily living with compassion and reliability.

The role includes driving to client locations, providing personal care, and recording visits using mobile tech. A competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30) and a permanent contract are offered, with induction and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in in-home care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, physical and emotional care to clients at home.
• Assist clients with daily tasks and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals.
• Use mobile technology to record and deliver care.
• Travel across the Bath/Warminster area to deliver high-quality care.
