Home Instead Senior Care in Coventry is seeking caring people to join our CAREGivers team at the Coventry South Office. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and support with shopping or a chat over tea.

No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training and a matching process based on your hobbies and interests. Flexible hours and ratings apply, with exciting pay options for weekends and holidays.

Job Description

We are looking for caring people to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in several ways. This can include companionship, personal care, cooking a meal, support with shopping, or just a cup of tea and a chat reminiscing about life.

You do not need experience as we offer a comprehensive training and support package. We will match you to a client based on your hobbies and interests.

We will introduce you to your client on the first meeting.

We offer great rates of pay from £13.75 to £14.75 at weekends, and double pay for Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a support worker. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
