Home Instead Coventry is seeking caring individuals to join our CAREGivers team. Our roles involve companionship, personal support, and light daily tasks for older clients, with minimum one-hour visits from our Coventry South Office.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and match you to clients based on interests. DBS enhanced disclosure is part of the process, and weekends offer enhanced pay with Bank Holidays paid at double rate.

Job Description

We are looking for caring people to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in several ways. This can include companionship, personal care, cooking a meal, support with shopping, or just a cup of tea and a chat reminiscing about life.

You do not need experience as we offer a comprehensive Training and Support package. We will match you to a client, based on your hobbiesand interests.

We will introduce you to your client on the first time of meeting.

We offer great rates of pay from £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends, and double pay for Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a support worker, however, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
