Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary - £36,120.00 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week with opportunity to earn an additional payment of circa £4,400 with on call duties.

The Role
The Home Care Registered Manager will provide high-quality home and live-in care services across the Southampton area that support the rights of our customers to live as independently as possible within their own homes.
To efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the service, allocate resources, and monitor performance to deliver a high-quality Home Care and Live-In Care service to our customers within budget. Manage all staff resources and provide sound leadership to ensure all staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to undertake their roles.
Provide a comprehensive service to SCA customers, meeting all required internal standards and processes and also work within external care regulatory requirements.
