Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £36,120.00 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week, with an opportunity to earn an additional circa £4,400 through on-call duties.

The Role

The Home Care Registered Manager will oversee high-quality home and live-in care services in Southampton, supporting customers' rights to live independently at home. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring service quality within budget. The role involves providing leadership and support to staff, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations, and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it
• Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
