• Adheres to HIPAA privacy policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to de-escalate and handle conflict professionally.

Responsabilités

• Complete New Employee Orientation within 60 days from date of hire.
• Works assigned schedule directed by the consumer.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, families and employees.
• Follows health and safety standards per Ascentria policies.
• Works within approved hours without overages.
• Uses phone-in timecard system accurately.
• Communicates with supervisor within 24 hours regarding issues.
• Attends scheduled meetings with Regional Care Coordinator.
• Completes all required trainings by deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Attends annual In-Home Care Appreciation Event.
• Demonstrates professional boundaries and ethics in daily practice.
