We are looking for caring people to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in several ways, including companionship, personal care, cooking meals, shopping support, or simply sharing a cup of tea and conversation about life.

No previous experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. We will match you with a client based on your hobbies and interests.

You will be introduced to your client during your first meeting.

We offer competitive pay rates from £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends, with double pay on Bank Holidays.

Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and pension contributions. We also offer flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required to become a support worker, but experience in a care setting or interacting with older people, such as caring for a family member or voluntary work, is helpful. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential. You should enjoy building professional relationships and feel comfortable spending time with others.
