Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Workers (Driver Required) to support clients in Cannock, Hednesford, Burntwood, Rugeley and nearby areas. You’ll travel between client homes, deliver care with dignity, and help with daily activities in people’s own homes.

We offer flexible hours, paid mileage between calls, a welcome bonus, and full induction with ongoing development. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in this rewarding community role.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout Cannock area.
• Willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide care with dignity and compassion.
• Assist with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Support meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and follow care plans.
• Travel between clients' homes across the local community.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
