As a carer with MSH, your role is to help people live independently at home. This could include assisting with personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and friendly conversation. You can make a positive difference in someone's day.

***£250 Signing Bonus paid after 3 months of employment for contracts of 30+ hours/week (eligible for hires starting 13/5/2025)***

Prior experience is welcomed but not required.

What you need to know:

• No typical client or day; each person has unique needs.
• Your responsibilities include personal care, medication, shopping calls, and companionship.
• Set shift patterns with alternate weekends off.
• MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENSE

What we need from you:

• Be caring, empathetic, flexible, and respectful.
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.
• Must have a driving license
• Be 18 years or older.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £13.52.
• Client Uplifts from £0.50 to £4.50.
• Flexible rota with permanent contracts and guaranteed hours.
• Travel time paid at NMW between visits.
