Job summary

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Limited is seeking Care Assistants to help clients maintain independence and dignity in their own homes across the United Kingdom. You will provide emotional and physical support, assist with daily living tasks, and offer companionship.

This role involves caring for both male and female service users. No experience is required; we will train you and support your journey every step of the way, and a transferrable DBS can fast-track your application if you can attend

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; compassion, reliability and a desire to help others are essential.
• Full training provided to begin your journey.
• If you have a transferrable DBS and can attend the local Assessment Centre, we’ll fast-track your application.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Preparing meals and assisting with light domestic tasks
• Administering medication
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Encouraging hobbies, interests and daily routines
