Job summary

HASCS is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team providing person-centred home care across diverse packages. We offer a pathway for candidates already working in the UK to switch sponsorship to our organisation.

You will support individuals with complex health needs at home, performing tasks from personal care to specialized clinical support under nurse-led supervision. Training is provided to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with complex health needs to live safely and comfortably at home.
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with tracheostomy care, ventilator support, PEG feeding and medication support.
• Support mobility and use of equipment such as hoists.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with service users and families.
