SureCare Bournemouth & Poole is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our on-site team in Bournemouth and Poole. You will support people in their homes and community, assisting with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks while promoting dignity, independence and safety.

Role requires flexibility for a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends. Training is provided for medication prompts and care notes, with potential to progress within a growing domiciliary service.

Formación

• Strong patient care skills including personal care and mobility support.
• Safe manual handling and transfers, infection control awareness.
• Good record-keeping and basic care documentation.
• Clear communication, empathy, and building trust with clients.
• Willingness to train toward NVQ/QCF level 2/3 is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living tasks.
• Provide meal preparation and light household duties; companionship.
• Promote dignity, independence, and safety in daily activities.
• Support with medication prompts and accurate recording of care notes.
• Follow individual care plans and work with families and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as client needs require.
