SOS Homecare is seeking caring, enthusiastic individuals to join our Crewe team. The Homecare Assistant will support clients in their own homes with personal care, meals, and community access, embracing a person-centred approach.

Training is provided with ongoing opportunities for development and NVQ/QCF progression. Flexible hours and a supportive, career-focused environment are offered, including mileage reimbursement and refer-a-friend bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full induction provided.
• Ongoing refresher training and access to courses.
• NVQ/QCF qualifications supported.
• Ability to work in the Crewe area; field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and meal preparation.
• Assist with medication and community access support.
• Based in the Crewe area; work in clients’ own homes.
