Home Instead North Devon & Exmoor is recruiting Care Assistants and Care Professionals to join its award-winning home care team across Barnstaple, Braunton, Bideford, South Molton, North Devon and Exmoor.

Offering £13.40-£14.60 per hour with paid mileage and travel time, flexible hours and guaranteed hours options. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided and progression opportunities exist within the local team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their own homes.
• Spend time chatting with clients and building positive relationships.
• Assist with meal preparation and everyday activities.
• Support clients with personal care when required.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help clients with shopping and other daily tasks.
• Support clients in attending hobbies, activities and appointments.
• Encourage independence and help clients maintain their quality of life.
