Apex Prime Care is hiring Care Assistants to support clients at home in Newbury and surrounding areas. Roles include mornings, days, evenings and nights with shifts and every-other-weekend pattern.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and understanding approach to care.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as prescribed and support with meal preparation.
• Support with domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance.
