Job summary

Apex Prime Care is hiring a Support Worker in Newbury and surrounding areas to provide home-based care. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts with mornings, days, evenings and nights, usually with every other weekend off for balance.

You will assist with personal care, medication management and meal preparation, while offering companionship and reassurance to clients in their homes. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications, cook or prepare hot meals, and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to the lives of those you care for.
