Job summary

APEX is recruiting care assistants to support clients at home in Newhaven and surrounding areas. Roles are available on a part-time or full-time basis with shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, usually with every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Applicants should have a driving licence and own vehicle; mileage and travel time are included in the hourly rate. DBS check and right to work in the UK are required. Training and career development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Help with medications, cooking hot meals and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
• Use Cera Tech to streamline administrative tasks and support care delivery.
