Job summary

Right at Home UK is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You will support vulnerable clients in the Braintree area, developing meaningful relationships and providing high‑quality home care.

We offer training, flexible hours, and a supportive environment to help you grow in your career. Based in Essex with offices in Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford and Braintree, we emphasise continuity, respect and genuine care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
• Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
• Commit to attending a 3-day training course
• Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas
• Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
