Job summary

Gofal Seibiant Care Ltd in the community is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as community care assistants. You will help people live safely at home with dignity, promoting independence and wellbeing in familiar surroundings.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily activity support, meal preparation and medication reminders, plus companionship and emotional support. Training is provided; right to work in the UK and a willingness to travel to clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic nature
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Previous experience in community care (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
• Right to work in the UK
• Registered with Social Care Wales (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain their independence
