Job summary

Capstone Foster Care Group is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to support foster families across Devon & Cornwall. The role is home based with a willing to do occasional evenings and weekends and part of an out of hours rota.

You will manage your own caseload, apply Form F assessments, and work closely with a team to ensure high-quality care for looked-after children and young people. SWE registration and a qualifying Social Work degree are required.

Qualifications

• Social work qualification and SWE registration are required.
• Experience in frontline social work with childcare or fostering preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of foster families across Devon & Cornwall.
• Work with team to provide a high-quality, safe service.
• Participate in out of hours rota and occasional evenings/weekends.
