Job summary

RAC is recruiting a Roadside Technician for the Bournemouth cluster. You’ll start and finish at home, earning a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £61,000 as you perform expert roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.

We supply your RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit to ensure you can get members back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent with 2+ years post-qualification experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish your day at home while tackling roadside challenges head-on.
• Use provided RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit to get members back on the road.
