Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Project Engineer for a Leeds-based role in North England. The engineer will oversee refrigeration and HVAC projects from design to commissioning, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will coordinate documentation, procurement and subcontractors, producing RAMS and project programmes while serving as the main contact for customers and internal teams. A strong focus on safety, cost control and successful handover is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing refrigeration/HVAC projects from design to commissioning.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and industry regulations.
• Strong communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage refrigeration and HVAC projects from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate documentation, procurement, subcontractors and on-site labour.
• Produce RAMS, project programmes and technical documentation.
• Act as main point of contact for customers and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, variations and profitability; ensure smooth handover.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulations.
