Job summary

ST RECRUITMENT CENTRE is seeking a home-based recruitment consultant to source and screen candidates for available roles, advertise openings, and coordinate interviews with employers.

This commission-only role offers fully remote work with flexible hours; candidates must have MOM CEI certification and a track record in recruitment, with strong communication and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CEI MOM certification.
• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and candidate-screening skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Advertise openings and screen applicants according to requirements.
• Contact, interview and assess potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and updates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Ensure MOM regulations and agency requirements are followed.
• Work independently from home and meet recruitment targets.

Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Payment Structure: 100% Commission-Based
Mandatory Requirement: Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid and relevant Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) by MOM.
• Applicants without the required CEI certification will not be considered.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and candidate-screening skills.
• Able to work independently and manage recruitment activities from home.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to follow up with candidates and employers.
• Must have access to a computer, internet connection and a mobile phone.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work independently from home and meet agreed recruitment targets.

Remuneration and Work Arrangement

• Commission only: Earnings are based on successful recruitment and placement according to the agreed commission structure.
• No fixed basic salary.
• Fully work-from-home arrangement.
• Flexible working hours, subject to recruitment needs and agreed targets.
