Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee blocks and estates. The role is home-based around East Anglia & Essex with a Hoddesdon office visit at least once weekly.

You will apply knowledge of the Building Safety Act, manage service charges, lead meetings, ensure safety compliance and deliver excellent customer service. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Block Management experience in a Property Manager role.
• Ability to understand leases, service charge budgeting and related legislation.
• Sound knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher Risk Buildings.
• Ability to build and maintain key internal/external relationships.
• Attention to detail with financials, Section 20 processes and strong customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates.
• Lead meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations and Developers.
• Monitor service charges and budget planning for works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and M&E requirements.
• Maintain audit trails for site visits and meetings.
• Oversee major works programmes and consultation procedures.
