Job summary

EWS Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of residential blocks and estates, delivering a responsive, high-quality service to residents, leaseholders and freeholders. The role involves home-based work with travel across Colchester/Norfolk to sites within the region.

You will bring at least 12 months’ experience in block management, take ownership of service charge budgets, maintenance plans and resident communications, and contribute to a collaborative

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience managing residential blocks.
• Experience of estates management is beneficial.
• Ability to plan and prioritise a mobile workload.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage your portfolio, respond to resident and client queries, and instruct contractors until completion.
• Review budgets, prepare concise reports and attend site inspections.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance actions from instruction to sign-off.
