Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is partnering with a renowned international tech company to appoint an Area Sales Manager for the UK. You will drive new business across the UK and Ireland, selling high-value technical solutions and building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
The role is home-based with travel across the UK and Ireland, offering autonomy, a competitive salary (£55k–£60k) plus commission and a company car, laptop and mobile.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales of high-value technical solutions.
- Experience selling capital equipment, textile rental, workwear services or related industrial solutions.
- Track record of generating new business and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new UK & Ireland business opportunities.
- Target healthcare, laundries, hospitality, manufacturing clients.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with procurement and facilities teams.
- Present ROI-based proposals and business cases.
- Forecast sales and maintain CRM records.
