Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Collector / Phlebotomist in Canterbury to join our Sample Collections team on an AD HOC basis. Ideal candidates must be qualified Phlebotomists with experience in venepuncture techniques, capable of collecting samples in non-clinical settings.

The role includes attending appointments primarily within a 2-hour radius and demands excellent communication skills. Compensation is £48.67 per collection, plus travel expenses. Successful applicants will also undergo enhanced DBS checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Phlebotomy post qualification.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre booked appointments within a 2 hour radius.
• Provide hair, nail, blood, and DNA sample collection service.
• Maintain relationships with clients and donors.
• Implement company Quality management System.
• Ensure safe collection procedures are followed.
• Complete company mandated training.
