With 28 years multi award-winning experience, Incom is a well-established telecommunications reseller involved in the installation, maintenance, and support of voice and data products across the UK. The company has an excellent portfolio of products and is a reseller on behalf of world-class telecom manufacturers such as ShoreTel and Mitel.

About the Job:

Due to continued success, there is now a requirement for an additional home-based Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience on ShoreTel or Mitel MiVoice 5000CP and will ideally be based in Berkshire or the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The role will include covering London on a daily basis and the South of England.
2. Travel out of this area may be required depending on business needs (which could involve UK wide travel and occasional nights away).
3. Client support.
4. Maintenance.

Skills / Experience Required:

1. ShoreTel or Mitel MiVoice 5000CP experience is essential.
2. Additional experience and formal training / accreditations on these products would be desirable.
3. Strong communication skills, be well presented, possess a flexible positive attitude.
4. Good problem-solving skills.
