The position covers London, Home Counties and the South East, offering a 30k-35k salary with a performance bonus and flexible home-based work. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle new client enquiries and provide professional advice, converting opportunities into booked surveys and projects.
• Conduct site visits and environmental assessments.
• Produce detailed reports, management plans, recommendations, and costings.
• Support clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Follow up proposals and quotations to secure new business.
• Work towards achievable sales and conversion targets.
• Support marketing activities including events, webinars, and content creation.
• Develop relationships with solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, and other professional contacts to generate referrals and repeat business.
