Job summary

ZEISS Group in the UK is seeking a CMM Account Manager to own the full sales lifecycle across the Northern and Southern territories from a home-based base near Lutterworth. You will drive CAPEX deals, leveraging metrology expertise to grow key accounts.

You will build relationships across Aerospace, Medical Devices, and Precision Engineering, collaborating with product teams and CRM systems. Regular UK travel and occasional international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metrology, manufacturing, or technical sales.
• Track record in CAPEX / complex solution sales.
• Experience in account management and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow accounts within your territory, delivering order intake against targets.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase share of wallet.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to purchase order.
• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Product Sales Managers, Applications Engineers, and global teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sale to order fulfilment and delivery.
