Davies are recruiting a Casualty Field Adjuster to join the Claims Management team in Preston. The role is permanent full-time with home-based work covering the North West and travel to client sites as needed.

You will liaise with insurers, policyholders and brokers; investigate claims in the field or desk; compile evidence; prepare preliminary reports; and determine action and settlements within authority. Davies offers extensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Liability loss adjusting experience preferred, training provided.
• Home-based role with travel in North West England.
• Strong investigative and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurers, policyholders and brokers.
• Investigate allocated claims in the field or from the desk.
• Compile evidence and prepare preliminary reports.
• Determine actions for case resolution and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain reserves and stay updated on technical changes.
