Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor to take technical ownership across a cluster of sites from a home-based role serving North London and the North Home Counties, ideally around Enfield, Watford, Epping, St Albans or surrounding areas.

You will carry out condition surveys, assess maintenance requirements and produce cost estimates, while collaborating with site-based teams and managing planned works with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

• Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management.
• Comfortable in a highly autonomous position.
• DBS check may be required.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites.
• Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates.
• Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works.
• Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch.
