Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Management and R&D surveys.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Experience within a UKAS-accredited organization is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Completing Management and Refurbishment surveys across various buildings.
• Carrying out bulk sampling in line with UKAS and HSE procedures.
• Producing clear, accurate survey reports using industry software.
• Liaising professionally with clients and contractors.
• Managing diary with the support of a scheduling and technical team.

Skills

BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent

Experience delivering Management and R&D surveys

Competence in bulk sampling

Report writing

Understanding of UKAS and CAR 2012 compliance

Full UK Driving Licence
