Job summary

British Gas is seeking a White Goods Engineer to service customers in Peterborough, Epsom, Croydon and London. You will repair and maintain a range of appliances at customers' homes, delivering high levels of customer service and first-time fix rates.

With base salary of £40,133 and a realistic OTE around £47,000 through our field reward scheme, you will receive strong support from managers and peers, while taking on challenging jobs that require solid on-the-job experience (2+ years).

Qualifications

• Extensive, evidenced experience in repair/maintenance of white goods including dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, tumble dryers and microwaves.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to diagnose defects and achieve first-time fix.
