Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking an organised, proactive Care Home Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the home. You will focus on recruitment and onboarding, while providing excellent administrative support to residents, families and colleagues.

You will help create a welcoming environment and smooth operational processes across the team. This role offers opportunities to develop systems and work closely with managers to deliver high standards of care and service.
