The successful candidate will inherit an existing client bank, work closely with the Financial Planning Director, and provide holistic, compliant financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and IHT. You will develop relationships, deliver top-notch service, and advance your career with mentoring.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Experience as adviser in financial planning or IFA environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Collaborative, ethical, client-focused approach to financial planning.
• Ongoing support for CII qualifications and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and IHT planning.
• Conduct detailed fact-finding meetings, cashflow modelling, and suitability assessments.
• Create and present tailored financial plans aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Work closely with paraplanners to produce research and suitability reports.
• Stay up to date with legislative changes, market developments, and industry best practice.
