Job summary

You will manage a caseload, develop holistic action plans, and work with partner organisations to overcome barriers to employment and support progression into education, training or work.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, employment support or careers advice.
• Ability to mentor and guide individuals through career progression.
• Experience handling multiple clients with different barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide personalised employability support.
• Develop individual action plans and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide one-to-one job search support, mentoring and guidance.
