An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee Holiday Cottage Cleaners at beautiful gardens. This part-time role involves ensuring high standards during changeovers, supporting staff, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while adhering to safety regulations. We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Nymans Garden, Standen House, and Sheffield Park and Gardens.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled on Mon, Wed, Fri to cover changeovers at the cottages. There may be a need to be on call on Saturdays, and work on Bank Holidays is required. Responsible for two changeovers per week.
Salary: £12.00 per hour

What you'll be doing
You will induct new staff, support efficient and flexible service delivery, ensure high standards of presentation during changeovers and house opening, coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, and handle customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.
Adherence to Health and Safety regulations and environmental management is essential, including working with risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.
