Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Holiday Homes Sales Administrator to support the sales team across UK parks. You will manage admin tasks, liaise with customers and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth holiday home sales processes.

The role requires strong admin experience, IT and organisational skills, and excellent communication. Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods is desirable; DBS background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, professional communication throughout the sales process.

• Maintain records in Salesforce and monitor payments.
• Coordinate supplier orders and ensure homes are ready for handover.
• Support compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding policies.
