Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an proactive Holiday Homes Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth holiday home transactions. You will handle admin tasks, liaise with customers, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep processes efficient.

You will maintain Salesforce records, manage finance and insurance documentation, and ensure high-quality customer service across busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced admin role.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Keep the Sales Office welcoming and customer-ready.
• Manage finance and insurance documentation accurately.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and monitor payments.
• Coordinate supplier orders and ensure homes are ready for handover.
• Support compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding policies.
