Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking a results-driven Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will interact with potential buyers, showcasing our holiday homes and guiding them through ownership, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

You’ll generate opportunities, conduct appointments, and work toward stretch sales targets, with weekends and holidays included as part of the schedule. A driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment.
• Confident in making outbound sales calls and setting appointments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential purchasers and provide insights to inform decisions.
• Guide customers through all aspects of holiday home ownership.
• Seek out opportunities and secure appointments with potential holiday homeowners.
• Work towards stretch sales targets and exceed them where possible.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
