Job summary

Haven in Weymouth is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our full-time, permanent team. You’ll help families find their dream holiday home at Haven, backed by product training and ongoing support.

Expect a target-driven environment with commission on top of an industry-leading base salary, plus benefits and career development opportunities. Driving license is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in relevant roles such as caravan sales, car sales, estate agency or similar.
• Outstanding communication skills and a self-motivated, confident approach to customer service.
• Target-driven with the ability to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales positions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re an outstanding communicator who is self-motivated, confident, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
• Results-Driven Sales Professional: Experienced in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales. Your ability to close deals while building customer satisfaction will be key to success in this role.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus. Your understanding of these areas will help provide clients with clear and accurate information.
• Full UK Driving License: Beneficial but not essential for the role.
