Job summary

Haven is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our busy sales team across our parks in the UK. You’ll help families secure their dream holiday home with confident product knowledge, supported by comprehensive training and a target-driven environment.

We offer an industry leading base salary plus commission with an OTE of 50k+, plus benefits like staff discounts, training funding, and career development opportunities. A full UK driving license is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in relevant roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.
• Understanding of sales processes and closing techniques.
