Hours:40 hours per week; some weekends required

Salary:£27,465 basicwith anOTE of £50,000

What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Home Sales Advisor who can support with our beautiful Mill Rythe Holiday Park. The ideal Holiday Home Sales Advisor is results driven and personable.

You will beofferingpeople the opportunityfor Holiday Home Ownership at one of our beautiful parks and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales.Due to the nature and duties of the role a driving license is required

What you’ll be doing

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights that they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.

You willseek out and createopportunitiesto talk to potential holidayhomeowners, and you willguidethemthrough all aspects ofholidayhomeownership, making sure that they have all the information and support they need tomake a decision.

You will havestretchingsales targets which you will be keen toexceed; always with the aim thatnew owners will say that it was a pleasure to buy from you.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on evenings, weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.

Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.

Nice to have but not essential

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t)

  • Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
  • Strong background in a target-driven sales environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Whatever your experience, we will provide great training to ensure you can guide your customers from start to finish, always putting yourself in their shoes.
